bio

Born and raised in the UK, Anna Seaman trained and worked as a journalist in London and Bristol before moving to Abu Dhabi in 2008 as part of the start-up team for The National – now the UAE’s most well-respected newspaper.

In 2011, she moved to Dubai and took up the role of editor at Brownbook – a UAE magazine focusing on urban culture, art and architecture.

Two years later she returned to The National, working out of the Dubai office and concentrated solely on visual arts.

In 2017, she embarked on a freelance career working as an independent writer and curator for emerging artists.

Post pandemic, Anna co-founded MORROW collective, an NFT curatorship focused on bringing artists, galleries and collectors into the crypto art space.

Anna is also arts editor at Hadara Magazine.
