Fashion illustration goes on show in Al Ain

One of the first exhibitions of fashion illustration in the UAE, Lines and Stitches will shed light on this rapidly growing creative genre through the artworks of UAE-based fashion illustrators and designers.  Showcasing the wealth of national creative talent, the show, hosted by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi also highlights the enduring nature of this art-form, and its ability to capture the essence of an era, community, and society. The exhibition is the result of an open call to artists, designers and illustrators and features more than 21 illustrations and 8 installations. 

Every Saturday, during the course of the exhibition, there will also be workshops by fashion illustrators and designers from the UAE.
